• Grinfinity provides aligner assessment, scanning services, treatment planning, and related dental/orthodontic services.
• All clinical decisions are the responsibility of licensed dental professionals. We act as technology provider, not as your treating clinician.
• You shall not misuse, reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the website or any systems.

4. Orders, Payment & Cancellation

• You may order devices, treatment plans, or scanning kits through our platform.
• You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with purchases.
• Refunds, returns, or cancellations are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy [link].
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, images, logos, and software on the website are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services as intended.
• You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices, nor use our marks without permission.

• We provide the Services “as is” and make no warranties (express or implied) beyond those expressly stated.
• We do not guarantee outcomes (e.g. perfect alignment) — treatment results vary based on individual factors.

• To the fullest extent permitted, our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services is limited (e.g. to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months).
